Holiday Inn Express Receptionist

Reports to: Hotel Manager

Experience & Qualifications:

• Have previous receptionist experience, ideally in a 3-4 star large hotel.
• Have knowledge of reception and reservations systems.
• Have excellent IT skills.
• Have previous experience with Fidelio / Opera.
• Have excellent customer service skills.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

• To provide 100% quality service to guests at all times.
• To carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements.
• Deal with day to day front office operations at Reception.
• Deal with check in and checkout of guests at Reception.
• Deal with group bookings and room allocations.
• Process payment for guests bills on check out.
• Carry out wake up calls.
• Organise check in for large tours and groups with room allocations.
• Take reservation calls when required.
• Ensure all large company postings are accurate on the company accounts.
• Carry out the brand loyalty system at Reception.
